1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BopBooth, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using BopBooth on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
BopBooth is a free, browser-based photo booth tool. It allows users to take photos using their device camera, apply filters and frames, add stickers, and download the resulting image or GIF file. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Free forever. BopBooth is entirely free to use. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions, or premium features. All functionality described on this website is available to all users at no cost.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use BopBooth only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- Photograph, record, or otherwise capture images of individuals without their knowledge and consent
- Create, distribute, or display illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harassing content
- Create content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the BopBooth source code for commercial purposes without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the Service
- Use the Service to create content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative manner (which would also be illegal)
We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service for users who violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
4. Your Content & Photo Ownership
All photos and GIFs you create using BopBooth are yours. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to any content you create.
Because BopBooth processes everything locally in your browser and never transmits your photos to our servers, we have no access to your images, do not store them, and make no claim to any rights over them. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use or share it.
By using BopBooth you warrant that any persons appearing in photographs you take have consented to being photographed and to any subsequent use of those images.
5. Intellectual Property
The BopBooth website, brand, design, code, and all content created by us (excluding user-generated photos) are the intellectual property of BopBooth and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g. fair use / fair dealing).
Third-party trademarks, logos, and content (such as sample photos from Unsplash, and fonts from Google Fonts) remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their respective licences.
6. Third-Party Services & Advertising
BopBooth displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content. By using BopBooth you acknowledge that third-party advertisers may place cookies on your device in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Links to third-party websites may appear in ads or content. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party website.
7. Disclaimers & No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BopBooth DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected
- The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BopBooth AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Service Modifications & Availability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
